From Newbie to Frist Job?

Before I started playing this game, I read a bit on how to make each character and decided I wanted to be and Acrobat. In the guide, it said that when you change from first to second class, all of your stats reset. I started piling all my attribs onto Str because it seems to do the most for a beginner. The problem is, I'm not 100% sure that my attribs will reset with the job change, and if I'm going to make a new guy, I'd like to do it sooner rather than later.
My question is, DO al of your stats reset when you pick your first job? (lvl 15)

yes they do but down side is you have to be absolutely sure where to put them otherwise you fubar your character if you re-stated the wrong way...
